Lovely place to stay at. One of the staff really tried to sell the higher priced rooms by saying they dont have those rooms available, so we booked it on booking for lower price. And then he was forced to give us the as it was available. That was a bit annoying but the next morning when I wanted to extend, the other staff was very helpful and gave us even cheaper.
Fabulous hotel. Great food. Staff accommodating. Beautiful vistas. The grounds are beautiful. All the amenities you could want are here. Highly recommend and I will be back.
The Sheraton at Adana is an amazing property and centrally located. The hotel is modern but has many shortcomings. Because of platinum elite status, we recieved a room upgrade. We were given a room with one bed when we asked for two seperate beds. Management was helpful and brought a rollaway. However, the AC in the room we were given was broken (did not cool below 19 degrees). Managment was unable to fix it. Also, we had terrible food at the kebap restaurant on the second floor and he breakfast is mediocre. The best part of this hotel was the Sheraton Club on the 10th floor, which provides buffet in the evenings free of charge which was a nice gesture. It is a wonderful property but a 5 star hotel should be able to provide air conditioning. The hotel more attention towards service and maintenence.
