Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Wetland Park Resort

Ambassador status, eight nights in the hospitality suite. This Sheraton hotel feels more like something from the luxury collection, due to the personalised service and it's unique charm. Low rise building (five storey) divided into two wings with water gardens and a bamboo garden in between the different sections. Despite having a convention centre as part of the hotel, it never got crowded or felt like there's many people loitering. We rarely had to wait for the lift, and once you got to your room level it was super quiet. Ideal location for peace and relaxation without being too far away from the city centre and tourist attractions. Plenty of cabs and didi, very short waiting time. Highly recommend and we'll be definitely staying here next time we are in Hangzhou.

The hotel is located in a 5A scenic spot. The breakfast is very rich. As soon as you leave the hotel, you can walk into a very beautiful scenic spot. It is very suitable for vacation. Compared with the crowds of West Lake, I prefer the tranquility here.

Great location near Xihu West Lake. Room is spacious nice and clean with private balcony for fresh air. Service is average can be more proactive.
