⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Dubai. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Deborah & Cornelia at Feast Restaurant for their warm, attentive service every morning, they truly made us feel welcome. Also, John from Valet was incredibly helpful and professional, always greeting us with a smile and making everything seamless. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional experience during my visit. The food was of outstanding quality, expertly prepared and presented. Service was prompt, professional, and delivered with genuine warmth, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, with clean, well-maintained facilities that reflected a high standard of care. A special note of appreciation goes to the manager and the entire team for their exemplary hospitality. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and commitment to excellence truly went above and beyond expectations, leaving a lasting impression. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning.

The venue is beautifully designed, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the service was spot-on from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the entertainment was top-tier. A perfect spot for a classy, unforgettable night out in Dubai. Definitely coming back!
