I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Turkey for nose surgery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. Front desk staff are always ready to help you. I was especially touched by the flowers they sent to wish me a speedy recovery. The location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Highly recommended!
Great experience staying in this hotel. The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed my attention to the hotel. I have stayed here two times. First time I was woken in thr middle of the night due to cigarette smell because neighbour room was smoking. It took reception 2hrs to find me a new room. Second time, my headphone case was missing in the room after cleaning and never found again. Reception checked with the cleaner but didnt find it. They didnt seem to believe me that the case was left in the room. Poor service.
