This hotel is beautiful! And the staff are super responsive and friendly. The room is comfortable and the hallways were quiet. No sleep disturbance! They offer complimentary water and Nespresso coffee in the room. Breakfast was wonderful every day. The food selection is massive and delicious. Free HBO in English as well as CNN and BBC News channels are offered. Another nice feature is that the window in the room opens! Be warned that the tubs are deep but if you want a bath mat to prevent slipping, a call to the front desk is all it takes. The hotel location is across from the river which has a walking trail along the banks. We are also within a stone’s throw of the stunning Krakow castle. Also within walking distance of grocery stores and coffee and restaurants. The city center is a nice walk (about 15 minutes) from the hotel. There is also a lovely park nearby with trees galore. And, I felt safe every moment here. I would definitely return to Krakow for all it has to offer and highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Krakow!

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights. The hotel is located at a very nice place. I could overlook the Vistula River as well as the castle. The interior decoration was very nice and reminds people of the old style in the early 20th century but with all modern equipment. The rooftop bar is a very nice place to visit. The bartender was very informative and good at making cocktails. The view from the rooftop bar is unbeatable. The pool is small but good for some casual swimming. The restaurant was very nice and cooks delicious food. The only thing I would note as a painful part is the parking fee. The onsite parking charge to me is extremely high. I paid a fortune to park there. I think parking at some nearby garages could be much cheaper.

In the rooms located next to the elevators, it is nearly impossible to stay, especially at night, due to the constant noise coming from the elevator shaft. Sleeping is extremely difficult. The hotel itself is lovely and well located, but these rooms... They should either be properly soundproofed or not offered to guests at all. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed about this issue in advance.
