Sheraton Grand London Park Lane

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience outstanding was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. No matter what came up, they always found a way to help and make things easier. Their professionalism and warm attitude left a lasting impression. Highly recommended! Room are spacious in comparison to other hotels.

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a suite that was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is super convenient, and the lounge is a lovely, quiet space where you can enjoy a meal or grab some snacks. What made it extra special was how sweet everyone was to my 1-year-old daughter. They were all so kind and even gave her a cute dog plushie, which absolutely made her day. The warm welcome and thoughtful service from everyone truly stood out. Thank you

A pleasant stay at this classic Sheraton. Service was friendly and efficient, with especially helpful doormen. Great Mayfair location, close to Green Park and central sights. The room was clean, comfortable, and cool—the A/C worked well, though it made an odd intermittent noise. I reported it, and while a technician seemed to fix it, the issue returned the next night. No welcome treats or complimentary drinks, which are often standard in other five-star hotels. The restaurant menu was very limited, which feels disappointing given the price and expected level of accommodation. Overall, a reliable hotel in a prime location but missing some of the finer touches you’d expect at this level.
