Almost perfect—except for the $63.80/day valet parking. Thankfully, there are nearby self-parking towers that are more affordable. The hotel’s downtown LA location is great — easy to get around with lots to see nearby. Guests get free access to a nearby gym and complimentary GRAMMY Museum tickets, which was a nice bonus. Staff were friendly and valet service was quick. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and feel upscale for the price. The Gilchrist & Soames shampoo and conditioner had a clean, woody scent and felt great. The North 39° body wash was fresh and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!
My friend and I came to visit for JHOPES concert and our short but pleasant stay here was everything we needed. The valet area is super convenient for Ubers, lift and the elevators are designed with your safety in mind. Your key card only takes you to your floor. It provided a lot of privacy. But the best part outside of the comfortable bed and views was the staff. Monica was our savior, we got there early 12ish and knew check in wasn't until 4. We went up to her to ask if they could hold our luggage and instead she said lemme check and boom there was a room for us. She was very kind, informative and exactly what we needed. That's the type of service you dream about! I'll be staying here again next time im in town. Valet staff also went above and beyond. Stay here if you're in the area!
After numerous flight delays and being stuck at BWI for 11 hours, I couldn't check-in until 3am. I had called the hotel previously to let an employee know that I would be hours late to check-in. The employee I spoke with was understanding, and made a note in their system that I would be late. When I arrived at the hotel, an employee named Samantha promptly greeted me. She upgraded my room to a suite, which was much appreciated after a hectic day of traveling. I loved how my room was clean, which is one of the biggest factors when selecting a hotel, cleanliness. Hotel cleaning service was provided each day. It was nice to return to a made bed and fresh towels after a long day out. The hotel was about a fifteen minute walk to the L.A convention center and Crypto arena. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit sketchy. Even so, I returned safely at night after attending two nights of concerts at the Crypto Arena. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Each front desk employee I encountered was friendly and welcoming!
