Brilliant service and facilities. The hotel is really stunning, and the restaurant, bar and pool are really lovely. So nice to be on the beachfront as well. The bar has amazing cocktails, delicious food and really good service. The breakfast is fantastic, such a good range of different foods. The staff are so friendly! We had some issues with the cleaning staff not servicing our room the first night we were there, but this was resolved with the staff at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay otherwise and will be happy to stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! A special thank you to Mr Mitch (Front receptionist) who went above and beyond to accommodate us during a very busy time. Despite the high demand, they truly understood our situation and ensured we were well taken care of. We were so grateful for the thoughtful room upgrade—it made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The breakfast buffet was amazing—so many delicious options, beautifully presented, and something for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect start to each day. Exceptional service and hospitality like this deserve all the recognition. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism! Kids loved the stay ❤️

The beautiful view of the pool and ocean through the restaurant’s large glass windows was truly impressive. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, the hairdryer was too weak, and there was no body lotion provided. The staff didn’t feel particularly friendly, but they were always helpful and accommodating to our needs. The parking was convenient with camera-based access, and there was always a spot available near the elevator. The pool was large and heated, and with the ocean right in front, the location was very accessible. For some reason, both check-in and check-out were not smooth and took quite a bit of time. The breakfast quality was not great, but the view was amazing, and it wasn’t crowded, which we really liked.
