Such an amazing visit. The rooms were nice and clean. The gym was huge, jacuzzi was kept clean. All staff members were amazing. They had a car rental inside, and nice restaurant inside. Definitely would return here again.
I have been staying here for the last week and the staff is nothing short of exceptional. They are all so welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind! I’ve enjoyed getting to know a few of them that I have seen on a more regular basis. The food at each restaurant in the hotel has also been amazing! I’ve opted to eat at the hotel almost everyday! The location is great as well and easy to get around. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!
Caution! Don’t stay here. Wonderful location: yes. Inexistent customer service, Marriott Bonvoy’s statuses or app features-like Checking in, are completely useless. I’ve been staying here every other week for the past 6 months. Solo trips or sometimes with my boss. This means 11 visits in 22 weeks. This review is not kidding, been here long enough to prove it. Why have I waited so long to make this review? Well, staff gets worse every time and this time it just got too bad.
