Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel

The Forest Hills Business Association recently held an event at this location. From first contact with Lisa Calhoun, Director of Sales and Marketing, to the event, we were given exceptional service! Lisa was a great communicator and provided great recommendations to ensure that our event was a success. On the day of our event, we were greeted by friendly staff and the presentation was outstanding! Guests were very impressed with the space and the food and drinks were delicious! The hotel itself was very clean and the pool looked very inviting. I would not hesitate to have another event at this location. I will continue recommend this hotel to others and it is in a great location! Thanks again!!

I've stayed here several times. Rooms are nice and clean, beds are fine. Gym is plenty big with 4 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, free weights, rowing machine, other equipment too. Pillows are hit or miss. Sometimes they are flat, sometimes lumpy, occasionally just fine. Staff is super friendly. I like them a lot. At least twice (out of several times, so not too often) there have been air conditioning problems and they have offered to swap rooms to a better room, so the staff is doing the best they can with that situation. Breakfast in the lounge area is consistently good and the staff there is also amazing. Evening snacks here too. Very nice add on to the stay. The pool seems to get frequent use but it's not my thing. Definitely plan to stay here again.

15-20 minute drive from the downtown area, pool area is actually very nice, bar is cute. And it’s a nice area at night time during the summer. The rooms could be cleaner. Lobby area/bar/ and breakfast area is nice. But the breakfast was a JOKE. $15 for one person, and the buffet was horrible!
