Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel

Wife stayed here for 11+ nights helping with some volunteer stuff in the area, and I had stayed a few of those too. Even during renovations, the staff were highly hospitable and kind, helping whenever we needed something. We really had no complaints, even the AC kept up great during the 90's those two weeks. Room was incredibly quiet and slept amazing. Big shout out to Monica in the Lounge area, who was delightful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and waited on us a few times. Truly an asset to the Sheraton org, and really service sometimes matters more than anything else, and you guys nailed it for us, so thank you very much! *Please reach out if you need to know who the room was booked under, since it's not under me.

I enjoyed every aspect of our weekend stay at this very well-maintained and very well-staffed hotel. The staff was very professional. The showers were great, as were the bedding and room temperature. We used the gym and pool each day. The facilities were clean and modern. The valet service was impeccable.

Good experience except the pillows were all feather so offered no support and the body wash container in the shower was empty. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The couch in the suite was really comfy. Lounge felt pretty full for breakfast. Lounge breakfast included made to order items, but there was no obvious way to order those. Breakfast was ok for being free. Would stay again.
