Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel

Had a great 8-night stay at Sheraton Grand Taipei hotel. Impeccable service, comfy room, and nice facilities. The hotel might not be newly built, but it is very well-maintained. Cannot say enough compliments to the staff here - everyone was so friendly, helpful, and really made you feel special. Also appreciate the birthday surprise - the staff really went above and beyond! Definitely one of the top places to stay while visiting Taipei!

One of the best experience I had so far with a hotel not because of just the hotel but mostly because of the food. It deserves the 5-star name. Room is clean with bathtub, hot and cold shower. There was no WiFi and also toiletries so I have to buy one (one was given to me already though). Service is good though their staff are not as cheerful looking as the other hotel staffs in South and SouthEast Asia. As an English as Second Language Speaker, it’s hard to communicate here. I love their toilet (weird yeah?) it feels so clean The food is superb 1000/100

Stayed here for four nights recently. Thanks to my Titanium Elite status, we got upgraded to one of their top tier suites. It is well appointed with daily fresh fruits and water. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. Although at times the buffet feels extremely crowded due to tour groups, the variety and quality of food offered were one of the better ones we've experienced. Between 5-7pm every day we also got to enjoy happy hours at the lounge. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the Taipei Main Train Station. It is also a stone throw away from the MRT blue line. Service was top notch across the board. Looking forward to our future return stay at this property.
