Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace

I stayed here for 4 days with my family, booking one room for two and another for three (with a sofa bed option), and overall, our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the breakfast—absolutely amazing! From freshly baked croissants to the yummiest muffins and fluffy pancakes with maple syrup, everything was delicious. There was also a wide variety of fruits, an Asian corner, and even an Indian chef who kindly prepared dishes fresh to our request. He also assured us that everything in the kitchen was 100% halal, which made us feel completely at ease. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only small issue we faced was with housekeeping, as the staff didn’t speak much English, so we had to communicate most requests through reception. The location is perfect—peaceful yet well connected. The hotel sits on a hill with beautiful views and is conveniently close to both Old and New Tbilisi. There are also salons, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby if you want to explore more. We tried the pool and jacuzzi too, which were great for relaxing after a day out. Overall, I’d give the stay a solid 9/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends or family visiting Tbilisi!

My stay at the hotel was an incredibly pleasant experience. The breakfast stood out the dishes were diverse, delicious, and prepared with great quality. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The spa area was perfectly clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, creating ideal conditions for relaxation. I also really enjoyed the outdoor pool the water was clean, the area was organized, and the overall mood was peaceful. Special thanks to the pool staff for their attentiveness and hospitality. I’d especially like to highlight the pool boy, Sandro, who does his job with impressive professionalism and a friendly attitude. I want to thank the entire hotel staff for this wonderful experience.

I visit hotel often, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The place is spotless, with a beautiful spa area and a great pool. Every visit starts with a warm welcome — Sandro is always friendly, helpful, and creates such a pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping team keeps everything clean; special thanks to Alice, who is always cheerful and makes sure everything perfectly clean during her shift. I also love Kato’s manicure services — always professional, clean, and top quality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service!
