The location of the hotel was very good and close to subway,shopping and food. The hotel was always crowded with people. My suite room was clean and The concierge could easy identify my parcels thru delivery code. The breakfast was slightly above average. Their housekeeper could improve by greeting as other Marriott hotels did better in their service.
I have so many good memories here. The location is very good. If you stay here, try their fruit tea at night; a relaxing treat while live music is played!
The hotel is centrally located in a busy and large shopping complex which is very convenient for shopping . Great room and the room are clean n bed are comfortable. This is my first time visiting Guangzhou will definitely be back again and I will choose Sheraton because of the convenience and also the service are excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff Jun Shen and his team are excellent. He help me a lot recommended me a few tourist attractions . Although my stay is short but I enjoy so much in here with the guide from Jun Shen and I definitely choose to come back to stay in Sheraton during my next visit. Check in 7/8/2025 to 10/8/2025
