Elegant and relaxing rooms that are clean, tastefully furnished and large. The hotel feels so new it exceeded my expectations. The attentiveness of the staff, and breakfast buffet was super delightful. (Remember to try the freshly made flat rice noodles at breakfast. Order with the chef after you pick up your delicate and delicious canton local items) Transport by car was easy and close to all the places I wanted to visit. I would like to have spent more time to stroll in the local neighbourhood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Most visitors would be here for a fair. Hotel is a solid 30+ min away but really good value I thought. Easy arranged transfers and clean and neat as you would expect from Sheraton. Would stay again.

Really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I was staying here for 10 days on a business trip ( my colleague had been here for over a month) I left my room for a few hours for it to be cleaned and returned to find my laptop screen broken. The hotel management team were extremely hostile and accusatory- especially to my colleague who had been staying there for over a month- and spoke to her in a demeaning and disrespectful tone. They have denied any responsibility and have offered us the bare minimum as compensation by the way of a free room upgrade for one night and 15% off food- my lap top cost £800 to fix. This is keeping in mind our company has given this hotel nearly 100k worth of business in the past year. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for any business traveler’s as your belongings are not safe or covered by the hotel- nor will their customer service suffice in any form. After being spoken to in such a disrespectful and rude manner as well as being laughed at in the face by staff this is DEFINITELY the last time I shall be staying here. What a shame it is to the staff members that were polite and helpful that their management team does not show the same respect or hospitality to their guests- I really do hope that the Sheraton group is made aware of this situation.
