overall is ok , Concierge - 小杨(YCX) very professional ,very great support ,as we last minutes booked this hotel, he tried his best to arrange for all the request. Room service -Felia Feng ( 冯子瑞very nice, he provided all requested on the time that we required .Lobby Manager - Sue Fan he was the one sent us to taxi whie depart to airport, all the way bring some foods from restaurant for us to eat when travel to airport. Breakfast service is bad, talking to the waitress also like ignore , just go back to the counter and let the customer waiting, and when i go to counter to follow up , still very bad attitude. if the breakfast service is good, the overall of service should be 5 stars .

Just check in today at noon 2615, Not a usually Sheraton standard, it is worse than a China 5 star hotel. As a previous SPG now is under Marriott group, service standard is very bad. First they never greet you as the a member, which is the first impression and the old traditional practice. And the upgrade for the members is not real. No difference between other walk in customers. Very disappointing experience. IHG will be the better choice. Lastly, their executives lounge no more happy hours. Hope they can improve themselves.

I’m wating for the refund of my deposit since the 7th of October. Me and my boyfriend did the check in on the 2nd of October. The girl in the hotel reception asked for a card to freeze the deposit. She charged the stay and the deposit and informed us that the hotel will give the deposit back some days after the check out. Well, two months and a half had passed and I didn’t receive it. The hotel asked me to go to my bank, I went twice and I sent the hotel my bank statement of all the October month where they can check that they charged the stay and the deposit and that no refund of the deposit has been made. The bank confirmed it two times and also informed me that Guiyang Sheraton need to make a transfer. They ignored that and keep my money. It is the first time that I had this problem whit an hotel and I booked hotels every month. Also it is the first time that I have this problem with a refund of a business in that bank account.
