Sheraton Hai Phong

Great service! We had a wonderful anniversary stay at Sheraton Hai Phong! Big thanks to Ms. Hang and the Sheraton team for the lovely surprise and warm hospitality. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel truly special. The view from the lounge during dinner was breathtaking. We really enjoyed our time here—2 days and 1 night just wasn’t enough. Can’t wait to return!

Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even daily taxi bookings, your team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we received the best service. During the challenging days of Yogi Typhoon, your staff displayed remarkable care and professionalism, making every guest feel safe and looked after. Special thanks to the chef, who took great efforts to prepare specific meals tailored to guests' needs — it truly made a difference. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we are deeply grateful for your hospitality.

An overall very good experience. Only staying one night, and went to the Harbor T4 restaurant on the 4th floor near closing (and only diner there) and they provided some excellent service - Ly and Minh deserve a shout out as they embody the excellent service we expect from Sheraton - well done guys and thank you for teaching me some Vietnamese and making my lonely dining experience les lonely and entertaining. Oh, food was great too!
