Sheraton Hanoi Hotel

I have stayed in Sheraton many times, also maihama(Japan) and goldcoast(Australia) , but this is the first time that the service has been so good. Especially Miss Quinn, the receptionist. Her kindness and consideration were really wonderful. Thanks to her, I had a wonderful stay. And Mr. Thien of the Concierge. Thanks to him, reservations for restaurants and cruises were very smooth. Thanks to these two, I came to love Vietnam. I'm thinking of coming to Sheraton Hanoi for the Christmas vacation because they recommended me to come back in the winter season when I feel comfortable.

Had a pleasant stay here — as an elite member with access to their Sheraton club lounge, everything was worth it. The room was comfortable and clean. Had a great view. Location was peaceful and secure. The best thing about this place is really the service. I was very pleased by the staff — so friendly and attentive. They always made sure that I was content. Thank you for taking care of me! Will come back.
