Sheraton Hanoi West

This hotel felt luxurious from the moment we pulled up in the driveway. The lobby is beautiful with high ceilings and a spiral staircase. We were greeted with iced tea and reception was very welcoming. There is a computer and printer on the lobby level, which is very convenient. The room is very comfortable and included a shower, bathtub, and couch. They left me a note with a box of handcrafted chocolates for being Marriott gold elite. I loved the amenities, which included: a fitness centre, outdoor pool, spa, and relaxation room. They also had a sauna, steam room, and hot tub, but I couldn’t go with my husband as these are separate in the men’s/women’s change room.

Stayed at the Sheraton Hanoi West for 2 nights on a work trip. The hotel is located away from the bustling city centre, perfect for quiet evenings after a work day. As I have access to the Sheraton Club, it was nice to unwind with complimentary drinks and dinner in the evenings. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds to rest for the night.

The staff here are truly wonderful. I was touched by their warm gesture of removing their shoes upon entering the room; it really showed a deep respect for the space and made me feel so welcomed, as if they were coming into my home. I did enjoy the massage, though I think there's a little room for improvement. However, the lovely ladies there are incredibly dedicated and truly do their best to provide outstanding hospitality, which made the experience all the more special. Thank you!
