Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

I had a very pleasant experience, and Elisa at the front desk truly made a difference. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient, providing excellent service that added a personal touch to my visit. Elisa’s presence really stood out and enhanced my overall experience. She’s definitely an important part of the welcoming atmosphere here.

Stayed the night before an early flight from Heathrow T5. The member of staff who checked us in was really friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and we slept very well thanks to effective air con and the very comfortable bed. Caught the public bus to the terminal - easily accessed from outside the hotel. Overall, a brilliant experience - we’d certainly stay here again if flying early from Heathrow.

I had a mostly positive experience during my stay at this hostel. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, although the receptionists seemed a bit distant or unwelcoming at first, but they warmed up as the stay went on. The bed was large and very comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. The room itself was surprisingly spacious compared to other places I’ve stayed in the area, which was a nice bonus. There were a couple of minor issues, the shower was leaking, and the walls aren't soundproof, so it could get a bit noisy at times. But overall, the atmosphere was good, and the room was clean and functional.
