The night view from the harbor view room is amazing, and it's a wonderful hotel with a great view that makes me feel like I am in Hong Kong!. The room is also very relaxing and I'm very satisfied. Personally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly (although the restaurant can get quite crowded at certain times of the day). As a platinum member of the Marriott Hotel Group, I was able to use the lounge on the 16th floor, but I would have liked it if they had offered more food options. That said, they gave me some fruit and it was a very satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and coworkers.

Great location and well-designed room. However, I was really disappointed with how the hotel handled a serious issue. I was paying extra for a larger room so I could get proper rest after a full day of business meetings. But the hallway—and even the entrance of my room—constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. I reported it, and the only response was to use an air purifier. No effort was made to investigate or stop the source. For a smoke-free hotel, that’s unacceptable. Noise is another problem. You’ll hear doors slamming frequently, even from rooms far away. Maybe I was just unlucky during my stay—but basic guest comfort and policy enforcement shouldn’t depend on luck.
