Amazing landmark overlooking a beautiful landscape with lake on one side and hills on the other. The boats on the lake set an unforgettable scene. The staff has been wonderful. The build and rooms are build with remarkable material. The only negative points with this hotel were the cleanliness of the rooms and maintenance. One of the bedsheets was bit smelly and had to be changed. The furniture seemed worn which contrasted with the otherwise perfectly set rooms and hotel in general.

The literature in the room says there is a restaurant available for ala carte meals all day. After you get dressed and get down there, no, only breakfast and dinner. Room service has a website via QR code. After you add everything to your cart and try to order it says no, call someone. When you call “room service” you get a voice maze. When you press zero enough times they ask who you are trying to call, as if you didn’t press the “room service” button. The room service menu is disappointingly small and the food made me sick. For dinner I found that two of the other advertised restaurants are closed - after following the signs, which led me to locked doors in dark corridors. The wifi hasn’t worked reliably yet. This is turning out to be a terrible experience.
