Hands down one of the best hotels at a affordable price you can find. And the staff is top notch. Faustine at the front desk was simply amazing from the hello to handing me the key to my room... the process was quick and easy. I'll definitely be back for sure. NO QUESTIONS

We were on the 17th floor. The bathroom makes no sense at all. Why is there a toilet under the sink? The hallway was creepy and not well lit. They put us behind a door. Extremely dated... Meaning the lack of upkeep to this place shows. The furniture is nice but the owners are not up keeping this place. I would recommend the Homewood Suites in downtown for this price, aside from their air conditioner not working, the Homewood suites are much nicer, spacious, offer free breakfast and valet.

I am worried and scared right now. Sitting in the Downtown Sheraton hotel room. My firm has a contact with the Sheraton so everyone travelling to the Indy office stays there. The admin booked an executive suite for me. I checked in around 4:30 PM and was given a room on a high floor. I dropped off my things and then headed back to the office. After dinner, I returned to the hotel, but my key card no longer worked for the room. I went to the front desk, and they told me someone, claiming to be me, had called earlier requesting to move to the same room number on the a lower floor. Without confirming with me, they assumed it was valid, deactivated my original key, and removed my luggage from the original room, again, without notifying me. They said my bags were being held at the front desk. They then gave me a key to the new room. When I opened it, another guest was already inside, with all her belongings unpacked. I quickly backed out and returned to the front desk. They couldn’t explain why that room, under my name, was occupied, and eventually reassigned me to a smaller room on the another floor. The price difference or the room size is the least of my concern now. Needless to say, the whole experience was unsettling. Not only did they access my room and remove my belongings without my knowledge, but I also walked into someone else’s room. Now I’m worried the reverse could happen tonight, with someone mistakenly being given access to mine. The front desk lady, Tatiana, was very nice. But she could not help me other than changing the room key multiple times.
