I arrived to the hotel late around 10-10:30pm there was an amazing young lady named Tiffany at the desk when I arrived she was very sweet pleasant and welcoming. I had a few questions about the room type she answered all of my questions. However o did have a slight mixup with the room type I believed I booked I was under the impression all of their rooms were suites unfortunately they are not. Anyway my stay was amazing and thank you to the security Mr.Hawkins for being an a great assistance during my stay and giving me information about the town as well as the host of other women who assisted with my needs at the desk upon my arrival.
This hotel hasn't been upgraded or remodeled for a long time, and it shows. Initial room we were given smelled like cigarettes, so we asked to be moved. Second room was not impressive. Shower head was broken and detached from wall. Air conditioning was mediocre at best- it stayed very humid in the room. Hallways were hot and humid. Tiles in the elevator were broken and cracked, and it had a tendency to freeze between floors. Concierge lounge and the concierge breakfast was decent but snack selection was limited. Overall the furniture and carpeting all looked pretty tired and worn out. Beds are small in the two bed rooms. They are doubles, not queens, so not much room for two adults. The best aspect of this hotel is the location, which is convenient to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor attractions. The staff we interacted with were overwhelmingly courteous and helpful and they were doing the best they could with what they had. However, for the price and the conditions (more than $200 for one night) it was not a good deal and we would not stay here again.
I am currently staying at this hotel with my colleague from August 3 to August 9, 2025, for 6 nights and 7 days. I have just experienced an extreme shock at the hotel. In my room, I encountered a mother mouse and her baby, which has completely ruined my trip. I came from Korea, and I have never seen a live mouse even there, yet I had to face one in a 4-star Sheraton hotel. For reference, I have both photos and videos as proof. My colleague and I are still deeply shocked. After calming myself down by writing this, I plan to strongly complain to the front desk. Two days ago, I also discovered that my bedding was severely contaminated. I filed a complaint with the front desk and only received a $100 voucher in return. The fact that such incidents are occurring in this hotel means it is already beyond self-regulation. This is a very serious matter that must be recognized, and guests who use this hotel should be made aware of it.
