Not long come back from the most amazing stay at the sheraton city center, I like to begin with the outstanding service we received from Idris on the reception desk from checking us in to greeting us on every occasion we saw him also letting us know if we need anything all we had to do was ask. I would also like to give a shout out to Beyza again great service and always smiling. I would like to now tell you how great the bell boys are!!! As they are the first people you meet the service they gove and the hospitality the show is impeccable over the 10 days we stayed we has the pleasure of dealing with alot of them and I can't tell you enough what a fantastic service they give. I would like to give special mentions for yigit,Ahemet and Akin all three are truly amazing not only do they help with bags and items always offering tea /cold drinks and welcoming us whenever we see them. House keeping was great too our rooms where always kept immaculate with fresh towels and all the things we needed we often met in the hallways of the hotel and again always smiling being helpful and sometimes house keepers ho unnoticed but we didn't we could see how hard they work keeping everything tip top for all visitors the ones we meet were called Muhommed,Celandine,Aysegùl all fantastic. Everyday we ate in the dining hall for breakfast and met some lovely cooks and waiters/waitresses the cooks they made our lovely food and always jolly smiling and very welcoming were Seymanur,Nestihan,Fatmanlir and Gokhan nothing was to much for them even when I witnessed not so nice customers being quite rude they never did anything they remained professional and carried on giving a great service. The waiters/waitress who cleaned and relayed tables were so friendly and also gave a great service I would like to give special mentions of Ozlem,mustafa Murat and another mustafa all working so hard running around cleaning getting visitors drinks food and just being so nice. Last but by all means not least I would like to mention Kayhan the security guard so happy and cheerful such a lovely man. Ibrahim and Tahir in the soq restaurant we so great!!! we spent most evenings there and was always treated like queen's such a lovely place. If anyone is considering booking please do you won't be disappointed we absolutely loved it here and will most definitely be returning thank you for the most wonderful time see you soon x

Absolutely love my experience here!! Incredible service. Yucel was extremely thoughtful through the checking process. I travel a lot and don’t generally receive this level of service. It was such a welcomed relief service. Ali and his colleague (I didn’t get his name) at the front desk were also very friendly and accommodating. Helping to answer my many questions. And the room and bathroom are perfect. Thank you, Sheraton for a lovely time.

During a very stressful time due to the war, I had no choice but to cancel my trip. Flights were suspended, airports were closed, and travel was simply not possible. Before cancelling, I contacted the hotel’s reservation team directly and was clearly told in writing by one of their staff that I would receive a refund — even though my booking was non-refundable. Based on that confirmation, I cancelled my booking through my agency. A few days later, I was shocked to find out that the same person told the agency the exact opposite — that no refund would be issued. If I had known the refund was not guaranteed, I would have simply rescheduled. But I trusted the hotel’s word during a time when every decision was incredibly difficult. Now I’ve lost my money, and despite showing proof, emails, and screenshots, the hotel refuses to acknowledge their mistake or take responsibility. This isn’t just about money — it’s about trust, especially during uncertain times. I’m deeply disappointed by how this was handled, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values honesty and clear communication.
