Sheraton Istanbul Levent

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Levent Istanbul and was very pleased with the overall experience. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was especially comfortable—great for a good night’s rest. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. Staff were helpful and professional, and a special thanks to Talha for his attentive support during my stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—plenty of fresh, high-quality options and a relaxed atmosphere. A well-run hotel in a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again on future visits to Istanbul.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Levent Istanbul thanks to free stopover from Turkish airlines. The hotel, staff and breakfast were amazing. Breakfast had a good variety and ton of options. Probably the best and biggest breakfast I have ever had. The rooms were clean, well maintained and roomy. My only issue was their policies. I was given 3 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids by Turkish airlines for 3 nights. When I asked if I could get a connecting room, instead of 2 individual rooms and I was informed it was possible at a cost of 40 EUR per night. At any other Marriott hotel in North America, it would not have been a problem and they would have gladly given it to us, but not here.

Had to pay on the counter even though company paid in advance but I couldn’t check with my companies travel management (Sunday - nobody worked). Paid and talked to the company on Monday, everything was arranged, they sent their credit card to the hotel and the hotel refund process started. After two weeks it should be done. All my colleagues that did the same received their money within the first few days. I’m now waiting for nearly four weeks… customer support is not helpful and saying international transactions take their time. Nice point, but not keeping in mind that my colleagues have the same bank institute as me. Breakfast and restaurant service were nevertheless great
