Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel

We've stayed here three times now, most recently for my son's wedding. My entire family is from elsewhere, so we all had rooms at the Sheraton. What a lovely group of people run this facility! In particular Bryce and Nolan were friendly and helpful and always had a wave when we came back in from wherever we were running around to for 4 days! The rooms are nice and the breakfast downstairs is tasty (and most importantly the eggs aren't runny). It's close to everything we need to be close to. The elevators are quick, and I've always been able to find a luggage cart when I need one. On a previous trip we brought our dog with us. The second-floor is pet-friendly, and we had a great experience having him with us. Thank you to everyone we encountered during our stay!

I travel a lot and I've got to admit that this hotel checks every box and breaks every record for service, cleanliness and awesomeness. At check in, Calvin was amazing and had a terrific sense of humor. A man who truly loves his job. We traveled here from Savannah on business with a bit of pleasure and this hotel doesn't disappoint. We will be back. Thank you Calvin and crew!

I was worried because the price was so cheap compared to the others in the area. Unfounded. This place was a steal. Not a generic hotel. Loved the look of it. Room was spacious. It was clean. Front desk was attentive.
