We recently stayed at Sheraton Jiangyin Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s ambiance is elegant, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were up to Sheraton’s usual standards. The staff was courteous and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options catering to different tastes, though a bit more variety in fresh fruits and local specialties would have been appreciated. The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The fitness center and other facilities were well-equipped and maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would consider returning in the future.
This is one of the best hotels in Jiangyin. The hotel is huge and just next to it there is a park. Marriot Elite members are well recognised, and the staff are all pretty much service oriented. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Will always consider staying here if I'm coming to Jiangyin.
The stench… The smell of cigarette smoke is unavoidable. It stinks on every level of the hotel. I’m in a non smoking room and I can still smell it
