Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location! Staff were always smiling, super helpful, and made us feel like family. Breakfast was excellent, and the chefs went above and beyond to make fresh parathas and dosas on request. Our upgraded room (817) was spacious, with a beautiful balcony view – worth every penny. Only tiny improvement would be offering pillow options as they were too soft, but overall, this place is exceptional. Can’t wait to return!

I’d like to start by saying this should be more than a 5* hotel. After looking at other hotels in the area (JBR) we settled on this hotel as the others had mixed reviews and this was the only one that had consistent 5* reviews. I can attest to these ratings. Upon arriving we were greeted with a warm and hospitable welcome. The room was clean and immaculate. Over the next few days the service was consistently excellent. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard (shoutout to the cleaning team on floor 3) The concierge were always friendly and hospitable opening doors for us when they didn’t have to. It may seem like a small detail to talk about but it is the little touches that make a stay memorable. I’d like to talk about the breakfast. The breakfast was the BEST breakfast buffet I have ever had. There were endless options and a rotating menu meaning every few days, new dishes were added to the menu. The food was delicious! There was nothing to complain about. The team made it a point to welcome us and always be accommodating. They took the time to greet and conversate with us and other guests, which was lovely. They went over and above. Especially the chef, Nayak (Nay) who made us a potato chapati off the menu. All of the team are so friendly and this is the BEST customer service I have received. They were always smiling and happy to help. On our last day, we were treated to a cake which enhanced our stay further. Like I said its the personal touches that make all the difference. I’d like to give a special thanks to all of the team at the sheraton JBR for making this an absolutely memorable stay! A special shout out to chef Nayak (Nay), Sivajhe, Kamal, Pavat, Shashika, Arielle, Demi, Sachine, Phyo, Blessy, Rupesh, Sajjad and those who’s name I have missed out. The service is what makes this hotel! The room and breakfast are the icing on the cake. I implore you all to book this hotel for your next stay, I promise you, your holiday will be 10x better! Stunning views and great themed room. The all day buffet is also something you don't wanna miss when visiting the Sheraton. 😋Our first visit here, but won't be the last. Loved the pool bar as well. Thanks for an amazing experience.
