Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended We booked this hotel to stay near Cleveland Clinic for an important medical appointment for our family. Initially, we reserved the room for two days, but due to unexpected visa issues, we couldn’t check in on the first booking. The hotel kindly called us the next day and graciously rescheduled our stay without penalty. When we had to postpone again because of delays in securing a doctor’s appointment, they once again accommodated us with incredible understanding and flexibility. When we finally arrived, we were warmly welcomed. We are especially grateful to Rachelle, who went above and beyond in helping us during a very stressful time. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, and we truly appreciate the support we received from the entire team. If you’re looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests, this is the one. Highly recommended.

It is superb and welcoming teams who assisted us last night, We arrived late check inn and the valet team was super helpful to assist us along with the concierge team who handle our language’s, best part was we had upgraded to higher room and the request of twin beds 🛌 and non smoking room is amazingly beautiful, the main reception was amazing 🤩 and the room is very clean too, we need to booked for a day due to the service wedding that we need to attend, and this hotel is the best location…. Along with all the staff professionalism give more impact to this amazing hotel 🏨….. 5 star 🌟, highly recommended….♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😇🙏🦢🦢

We had a terrible experience at this Sheraton hotel. There was no electricity in the hotel starting from 9:00 PM, and the manager kept telling us to wait "just 10 more minutes" again and again — for hours. In total, we waited until 4:00 AM, with no solution provided. The most shocking part is that my children had to stay in the car the entire night, waiting in uncomfortable and unsafe conditions. The hotel refused to provide an alternative room or help us find another place to stay. We eventually had to leave at 4:00 AM and book another hotel at our own cost. This experience was exhausting, stressful, and completely unacceptable — especially for families. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this property. A hotel that cannot guarantee basic services or care for its guests in emergencies should not carry the Sheraton name.
