Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel

Overall, I had a great experience with sheraton the staff was accommodating, everything was very good I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, clean , The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed special thanks to restaurants manager Mr. Mohamed elrwiny , he is super stars with that , god bless him , he was on top of this , I stayed at the most beautiful, elegant-looking hotel. The rooms are unique, with stunning views. The room rates are reasonable, too. I will come back for sure!

The hotel offered excellent value for the price , I had the best experience at sheraton , their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts , thank you so much for making my trip memorable , thanks to Food and beverage I especially remember the restaurant manager Mr. Mohamed Elrwiny , he was always interested in us during our stay and followed up with us, he was tireless in his service, I noticed that he was talking to all the guests at breakfast and he was always there to serve the guests. Many thanks to him and his team for the wonderful service .

We booked this hotel for me and family (12 of us). Its a 5min walk to the haraam. The service was excellent and the rooms were super clean, they would clean it every day or whenever you ask them to. They are professional and kind. Always holding the doors and greeting you. They even open lifts for you! I would recommend this hotel with my eyes closed. Thank you so much, I would definitely book again in the future in sha Allah ☺️
