Sheraton Dubai – Comfort, Class, and Great Service I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Dubai. The hotel combines modern elegance with comfort, offering spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and top-level cleanliness. The staff was always friendly and professional, ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with both international and local options. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas. A reliable choice for both business and leisure stays — I would definitely return!

Excellent hotel with a very strategic location, directly connected to Mall of the Emirates and close to the metro, making it easy for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-organized, with beautiful views. The service is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities such as the pool, spa, and gym are excellent. A comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it.

The direct access to the Mall of the Emirates is a huge advantage, and being able to walk straight into Ski Dubai or the shops is brilliant. The room itself was comfortable and tastefully appointed, exactly what you’d expect from a reputable five-star brand. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. However, a couple of things held it back from being outstanding: • Service was polite but reserved – front desk and restaurant staff were professional and efficient, but very much waited for you to engage rather than anticipating needs. • Breakfast buffet was decent – good variety, though nothing that really stood out. The eggs and pastries were reliable but not inspiring. • Pool area & gym are pleasant and well-equipped, good for a quick dip or workout, but they do feel a bit compact compared to resorts a little further out. The convenience factor cannot be overstated though. Whether you want to shop, ski, or catch a movie, it’s all literally on your doorstep. Conclusion: A smart, comfy choice if you’re visiting the Mall of the Emirates – especially for convenience and location. Clean and professional, though not the most memorable service or ambiance. A solid choice, but not one that’ll make you book a return stay just for the hotel itself.
