**Review of Sheraton Hotel, Manila** I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Manila for two nights from July 3-5, and as my regular go-to whenever I visit the Philippines, I can confidently say it continues to meet and exceed my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the doormen were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They promptly assisted us with unloading and carrying our luggage directly to our room, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The front desk staff was well-informed and professional, efficiently handling our requests and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. A special thanks to Ms. Maureen Ramos, who went above and beyond to entertain our requests with warmth and professionalism. Her attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. The breakfast at Manila Bay Kitchen was superb—delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented, setting a perfect tone for the day. Overall, the staff's hospitality, from the doormen to the management, consistently impresses me. Sheraton Manila remains my preferred choice, and I look forward to my next visit!
Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay even for a short period. The entire staff the moment you arrive at the door were very professional and courteous. Excellent buffet. I would recommend to maybe revisit the price a little more affordable so that you’ll able to get non resident and non hotel guests to come and enjoy especially with family and friends visiting them during their hotel stay. Big kudos especially to the front desk staff and manager during or stay June 1-2 and 6-8June.
Top tier hotel which you come to expect from the Marriott group. The service, rooms and amenities were all excellent. The gym was fully stocked, beautiful pool and hot tub with a bar. The pool bar service was hit and miss depending on who you were served by. One guy clearly didn’t want to serve us as he was leaving so he told us to wait 10 minutes for the 2 for 1 beer deal which started at 5 and then disappeared. The breakfast was unreal. I loved the various types of Asian food from Japanese, western egg station, local desserts, noodle bar, fresh fruits, salad station and breads. It had it all! The rooms are a bit dated, but roomy and very clean. Loved the open plan design. No lounge for Platinum elite members but they gave a 50% buffet dinner discount (we didn’t use it) and bonus points while it’s under construction. The only issue is the location, not super safe at night and in the red light district. I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night.
