Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa

Our stay was absolutely stunning from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely patio that made for the perfect morning coffee spot. The beach was breathtaking and just steps away. Being next to Black Rock Beach was a huge bonus. If you snorkel there you may be lucky enough to spot a turtle! The staff was warm and welcoming. One highlight was the on-site luau. That was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Can’t wait to come back!

This resort was in a great location, awesome for snorkeling, easily jumping on a dinner cruise from Kaanapali Beach and within walking distance to several awesome restaurants and shops in Whalers Village. The rooms were clean and well taken care of during our stay. All staff and servers throughout the resort were respectful. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

I recently attended the Luau at Sheraton Maui and would like to provide some feedback. The overall experience was quite enjoyable, featuring wonderful performances and engaging activities. However, I noticed that the seating arrangement could be improved to ensure that all attendees have a clear view of the stage and performances. Additionally, the wait time for table seating was a bit lengthy, which detracted from the overall experience. I would also like to suggest that the photographers at the entrance focus on capturing high-quality images with good lighting and suitable backgrounds, as this would enhance the overall experience for guests. While the food was satisfactory, the drinks did not meet expectations, particularly the pineapple-themed beverage, which fell short considering Maui’s reputation for high-quality pineapples. Despite these points for improvement, I truly appreciated the outstanding performances and the rich cultural history presented during the event. Thank you for considering this feedback.
