Sheraton Milan San Siro

First and foremost the outstanding service from the staff, specially Simone. His companion and professionalism are of the highest level. The rest are nothing but excellent as well. From the front desk to the housekeeping and the food area. All are extremely nice and professional. We had an issue just outside the main gate of the hotel and the members provided top notch support despite the fact they had nothing to do with the incident. Overall great hotel 👍. The only negative is the location. MAKE SURE YOU PARK YOUR INSIDE THE HOTEL PARKING!!!

Amazing hotel all around. A bit far from city center but right next to San Siro stadium which is home to AC Milan and Inter Milan soccer teams. The offers variety many features including state of the art fitness center (for a hotel), SPA, Sheraton club, pool, restaurants & Bar, meeting facilities, and private Dining room for visiting teams/events. There is plenty of indoor/outdoor parking for € 25/day, street parking available outside as well. Bonvoy Elite members are well recognized. Don't miss out on the breakfast experience, really delightful 👌. They do provide complimentary shuttle service to Duomo, but unfortunately spaces are very limited and needs to be reserved in advance.

We booked this hotel for a weekend in Milan. The staff was polite and attentive. The cocktail bar inside and outside for the pool were good. The rooms were modern, in ours, the water drain was very slow and created a small puddle. Except that, the stay was wonderful, with a special mention for the restaurant "El Patio del Gaucho."
