We stayed at this hotel last night due to a cancelled flight. Location was great, restaurant was well priced for an airport hotel and the staff was very warm and welcoming. There were two stand outs that I felt the need to commend. A young man who identified himself as David, was passing out water in the lobby filled with guests who had been sitting on the tarmac for 5 hours and then sat in the airport for 6 additional hours. We were all exhausted and somewhat frustrated. It was a nice touch. 5 stars goes to the manager at check in. She was friendly , empathetic and a true customer service super star. While I was waiting to be checked in, I noticed her greeting guests , checking them in and all while assisting her team. We had the pleasure of being checked in by Karen and I noticed that she was wearing a hat with breast cancer awareness on it. I didn’t ask questions , however it left me in awe of her. This is someone who is most likely battling something medical and you would never know it by her demeanour. Her priority was making us feel heard and trying to serve everyone with a smile. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Hopefully under better circumstances!

Each service has a separate fee, and breakfast is not included. Being very close to the airport is a big advantage. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, and clean. However, the toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) were very poor quality — I experienced significant hair loss and they definitely need to change the brand they use. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but with a few small improvements, it could be much better.

The staff were helpful overall. The hotel needs to address a couple of issues. First, they have a shuttle running every half an hour to/from airport. This causes an influx of guests waiting to check-in leading to long waits. When we were there - no one was answering the reception/front desk. So, I'd to go all the way to the lobby to get help. Second and biggest issue - the air conditioning in some rooms is not powerful enough for the size of the rooms. It was much cooler in the hallway than the rooms. We ran a/c for 3 hours and it reduced the room temperature by 1 degree (F). Note that you can feel cool air coming, but the location of the vent + the size are not optimal. The staff were accommodating by giving us a different room and even giving us a fan. Having a fan readily available indicates that this could be a recurring issue. This seems like a structural issue that is beyond what staff can handle.
