Sheraton Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin

Liked the spectacular view from club lounge. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, club lounge has all kind of drinks that you can enjoy. Staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel is very well situated, right in the centre of the old city, close to all principal attractions. Bedding is great, as well as interior design: classy and neutral. However, service needs to be improved: we had several problems with room's cleaning. Breakfast is too expensive on the city's scale and is not worth it. Thanks to its location, guests can find a lot of breakfast options nearby for half its price.

I am still staying at the hotel. It will be one of the few bad reviews I wrote on google map. Let me be clear , this my second visit to the hotel. In the summer it was good hotel to stay in but in the winter the floors are freezing! The breakfast is fair with enough options and live omelet Station. The dinner offered on the 1st Jan as part of the new year deal was poor and does not reflect Sheraton standards. It almost was made of the leftovers from the new year's dinner! It was fish and steak!! Same thing the night before. The room service menu needs to be reviewed as we called to ask for a salad and been told by the room service that it is not available!!! It was just salad! One last thing in the lobby bar there was a female waitress that when been asked to clear the receipt for order she reply with bad and high voice. I been traveling around the world and for me, I do regret my choice of this hotel for the new year event. One plus point. Many of the staff speak english , so it is english friendly hotel.
