Sheraton Offenbach Hotel

Stayed here for a night with family and parents. I think the location is very good, walking distance to several large grocery stores, and nice restaurants. Rooms were comfortable, large enough for us (1 king size bed), I am not sure what a twin room will look like. Really nice staff at both front and desk restaurant. Lounge is a bit small, but offers good relaxing ambience with some finger food, simple beverages and light alcoholic drinks (at certain times only). Oh really convenience underground parking garage! I would come back again!

I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Offenbach. The hotel is in a quiet area but still very centrally located, just a short walk from the downtown shopping area, which makes it super convenient for both business and leisure. The executive lounge is a lovely touch—charming and cozy, with delicious food in the evenings and a surprisingly good red wine that really stood out. There's also plenty of parking available for both cars and bikes, which is a big plus. Breakfast is where things were a bit hit-or-miss. The selection is solid, with a nice variety, but the warm food wasn't actually warm, especially if you arrive later in the breakfast window—some items were already missing. Pro tip: if you want hot eggs, order an omelette from the kitchen; it's worth it. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. All in all, the Sheraton Offenbach is a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service—just a bit of fine-tuning needed at breakfast.

Work Trip Stay Mixed Experience Stayed here during a work trip. The hotel itself is quite old and feels very tired. The rooms are dated, the carpet wasn’t clean, and the gym is inadequate at best. WiFi was very slow and kept cutting out, which made working from the hotel frustrating. On the positive side, the shower worked fine and basic facilities were functional. The restaurant was a real highlight. I had some excellent food and drinks. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located in Offenbach, which is convenient in theory. However, I found Offenbach itself to be quite run-down and not the most pleasant area. If you’re visiting the region, I’d recommend staying in central Frankfurt instead.
