Jenny P. was a wonderful front desk agent! She also recommended some yummy pizza nearby. Clean, quiet, updated room, we got a good sleep on a nice bed:)
I recently attended a two-day conference at the Sheraton in Downtown Oklahoma City, and overall, it was a positive experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived. I had a bit of uncertainty about where to park, but they made it easy and directed me to the self-parking garage. The room was clean and met all the basic needs, though nothing particularly extraordinary. The conference venue itself was great for the event, though I did notice that some of the rooms were a bit on the colder side. I'd recommend bringing a cardigan just in case! The food served during the conference was decent. Nothing to rave about, but for a buffet style, it was perfectly fine. There were a couple of things that could be improved: the water pressure in the bathroom sink was incredibly high, causing water to spray everywhere. Also, the walkway from the parking garage (level 3) to the elevators had a pretty strong unpleasant odor. Lastly, the process of exiting the garage after the conference was a bit slow, likely because of everyone leaving at the same time. A more efficient flow there would definitely help. All in all, it was a solid stay, and I'd consider staying here again, especially for another conference.
It fully depends on the room you get. Some of the rooms haven’t been updated yet (on going process they seem to be dragging their feet on). I’ve stayed in the updated room and they’re great but others are rough. I booked last minute and got put on floor 5 with a dog in the room above me that would not stop barking.
