Sheraton Oman Hotel

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff and services. Amazing breakfast. I have hardly had good food at any 5 star hotels but Sheraton is an exception. They have a beautiful restaurant called The Courtyard and it feels grand and welcoming. This hotel gives a good vibe and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

An incredible experience at The Lounge! The entire team was extremely professional and attentive. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. What truly stood out was the anticipation of our needs. Every time we arrived, our table was already set and our favourite drinks were being served, without us having to ask. A heartfelt thank you to Thin Thin for her exceptional professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

Staff is very courteous especially cleaning boy Prakash is amazing guy. Has lot of patience and works perfectly cleans neat and tidy. More importantly very polite and does the job perfectly though making up the room is tough job. Food is also good and entire team is very friendly. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. One problem I faced first time the room allocated was smelling.. it could be carpet or AC.. but immediately they changed to other room which was good. I will continue using this hotel as staff are very good.
