Sheraton Ottawa Hotel

Our stay at the Sheraton Downtown Ottawa was outstanding! Cesar and Sean made our visit truly memorable with their warm greetings and exceptional customer service. Traveling with a 3 and 5-year-old can be tricky, but they made everything easy, from accommodating our kids’ needs to providing thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family. Breakfast was delicious, and the valet service was seamless. The entire staff made us feel right at home, and their kindness really stood out. Thanks to Cesar and Sean, our stay was stress-free and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Ottawa!

We decided to visit Ottawa during March break, and taking the kids to the museums was such a rewarding experience. We chose to stay at the Sheraton Ottawa Hotel, and I can honestly say it was the perfect decision. The rooms were spacious and inviting, and we all found the beds incredibly comfortable after long days of exploring. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The breakfast buffet and dinner options were delightful and really satisfied our family's varied tastes. The hotel's location was another highlight, as it allowed us to easily walk to all the downtown attractions. We're already looking forward to coming back to this wonderful hotel. It truly deserves five stars, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hotel is overall quite old, needs a renovation. However great downtown location for tourists. It was also very quiet. Staff are Very friendly at face value, however simple tasks are not completed. I asked for housekeeping to come to my room while I was out for the day, no one came. They said they didn’t get the note from the front desk, a simple door hang tag asking to tidy the room would suffice. The televisions streaming option didn’t work, they sent someone to troubleshoot but aside from restarting the system there was nothing they could do. The tub filled with water when you shower, the door to the hallway had about an inch gap from the bottom. The towels were terrible and fraying. Overall the problems don’t seem to be from the team but perhaps upper management not investing in the property.
