Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Center

I stay here as much as possible when I come out to a key customer. The food is always so much better than any other hotel experience plus the staff. A shout out to Tiffani, Sr. Ops Manager, for her attention to detail and care for customers. The bar staff are all extremely personable and welcoming. Location is great and hotel rooms are always clean. Keep up the great work!!

Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Centre is an excellent choice if you stay in the Overland Park Area. Our client office is super close to this place, so this was our obvious choice, but now that we have experienced the place and the hospitality, we will not go anywhere else. This place is lovely, clean and has a good vibe. The lobby is super spacious and impressive. Rooms are very spacious, and the front-facing rooms are quiet despite a big road going right in front of the hotel. Beds are comfy, and the coffee maker comes in handy. The study table is just right for my business work and emails. The bathroom is clean and has most things needed. The front office staff is polite, and the check-in process was pretty smooth. We also checked out at 5.00am in the morning and thee checkout process was smooth and without any hassles.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, and the whole experience was warm and welcoming. We had a corner room while the view wasn’t the best since we were on the third floor. It was still nice and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were great, and the pricing was better than expected for a hotel of this quality. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely come back.
