Sheraton Parsippany Hotel

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Janice at the Sheraton, and from the moment we met her, we knew we were in the best hands. Her energy was truly infectious, so warm, welcoming, and full of life. She made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and joyful. What stood out most was her genuine passion for helping us envision the Sheraton as our wedding venue. She listened to our ideas, answered every question with patience and care, and truly made us feel like our wedding day was just as important to her as it is to us. You can tell she loves what she does and it shows in every conversation and detail. She was such a joy to talk to and work with professional, knowledgeable, and full of heart. If you’re looking for someone who will make you feel seen, heard, and excited for your big day, Janice is that person. We left our meeting feeling more inspired than ever and can’t thank her enough for the experience. She’s a gem!

We had the greatest experience working with Jennifer booking a room block over the last year for our wedding this past wedding. She was communicative and accommodating throughout the process. Our welcome bags were properly distributed to our guests who had no issues with check in. The staff was so nice to our guests after the wedding at the bar. The Tram driver was so awesome and patient taking guests back to hotel and even came back for just us. We loved the bridal suite which made the whole thing special. Tasty breakfast in the morning. A perfect stay for us and our guests and only 4 minutes from our venue.

Disappointed! The hotel looks very nice outside and in the lobby area. The pool area is also ok.Unfortunately the room does not. I had a Double Queen "Deluxe" Corner room. The room had masking tape on the shades of window, the water constantly dripped in bathtub and when we request and extra blanket and pillow, the pillow never came and the blanket and sheet took almost two hours to get. Once we got it the below picture is of the blanket we received. When you held it up to light the inside of blanket had some brown substance that moved. When I brought it to the front desk they said " O thats just the cotton, it happens when they are washed." I wash blankets at home never had the inside turn brown. They said they would report to management and they would reach out, that never happened. The rooms in the hotel need a refresh. I feel like with the weddings happening there, they focus on those guess and not the remaining.
