We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton PJ Hotel. During breakfast, my daughter wasn’t in the mood to eat, until Chef Joe came over with a special pancake she had made. I was genuinely touched by the thoughtful gesture, and to my surprise, my daughter began eating. Thank you, Chef Joe, for your warm hospitality and kindness.
The service was amazing from the moment I arrived, until the day I left for the airport. The staff was amazing from the concierge to reception, housekeeping and also the restaurant. Room ac was warm. Took a while for it to cool the room. Just need to remember not to leave the curtains open wide, so less heat that comes in and faster cool down when I do get back at night. After a few nights, it became too cold. Lol
The only issue of The hotel is located in a quiet area, and sometimes got jam. The rest is quite nice. The lobby is on level 3, while the concierge is on ground level. Staffs are friendly, and restaurants offer good prices and discounts. Rooms are spacious as well.
