Fantastic staff that help with everything. Food is excellent. Pool is small but lovely. The room is great with above average toiletries. A great location for exploring Poznan, with a tram stop outside the door, a bus to the airport that leaves one a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Airport taxi is not expensive either.
Alicja, the one staff who was the star during my stay at the hotel. The overall atmosphere and experience with the rooms, cleanliness, service and location this hotel scores 5 stars. And this score goes beyond 5 star when I walk into the restaurant and have a little chat with this wonderful staff Alicja, she always has a bright smile, very enthusiastic and very politely friendly, helpful and relentlessly running on her toes assisting and serving every guests... I also appreciate every staff at the restaurant and the reception who were great in assisting sometimes going out of their way.. Sheraton, you have great staffs. And guests I highly recommend this place.⭐️⭐️
I recently stayed at this hotel and accidentally left important items in the room safe. The staff went above and beyond to return them to me quickly and securely. Their professionalism and dedication were outstanding. A special thanks to Łukasz and Karolina for their exceptional assistance and kindness. Their support made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service!
