Location 30 min from airport and 50 min from Qingdao West Railway. Hotel rooms very good room service was quick. Language was ok and understanding ok. Mix up on checking me in I didn't get my marriott gifts but already complain about this . Breakfast big selection and price around ¥480 so overall value was very good

Nobody speak English, and they don’t willing to try. The TV has only one channel which is introducing Chinese traditional culture TV. Don’t think you are the center of the world. The air conditioner is too cold, even if I change the setting. The bathtub takes a very long time to fill, and the water is not hot. DO NOT EVEN DARE TO CALL A 5 STAR HOTEL.
