Sheraton Reserva do Paiva Hotel Recife

Very quite neighborhood, with quick access to the beach. Hotel was very nice, with good dinning. Very friendly hotel staff and always had access to taxi drivers, who were very kind and knowledgeable. The only problem is if you're planning on going into the city of Recife, it will take about an hour to get there, luckily the taxi drivers were always willing to wait for you and take you back. Overall this is probably one of the nicest resorts to stay at in all of the Recife area.

Excellent service. Excellent location. Excellent room, both quiet and extremely comfortable. High quality food in the breakfast buffet with a large range. Location is in the very quiet residential area, Paiva. It is a little far away from all the people and places to shop or eat out but consider this a plus.

For a place of this level I expect more. No decent cappuccino in the morning, pool store would not open even after it was promised 3 times. Pool side orders took long. Late night bar meal was low quality. Room order took 2 hours! Pool furniture cushions were worn. The hotel does lie in a beautiful nature area just south of Recife. The staff is nice and helpful. The beach club is great. Service is quick and both the choice and quality of the food and drinks is good
