Sheraton Reston Hotel

First visit since renovation. Room was very pleasant and comfortable. The bar area is very modern and inviting. Staff is wonderful and it was great to have the shuttle service back. It is a nice change to have a few restaurants within walking distance. (Loved the Kebob place)!

Had a great time staying at this hotel. Any slight inconvenience I had was sorted out immediately. Food in the restaurant was great. Room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Tommy on the front desk was always extremely helpful and always to happy to help which was a big positive!

First night we checked in the night auditor provided exceptional customer service. However, additional c/s from the front office staff including manager haver a lot to learn about making customers want to stay at their hotel again Our room also was not properly serviced. No bottle water left in the room. When asked the manager said you can purchase from over there....wow. I guess you get what you pay for. Our server Kaitlyn went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice breakfast experience. They should all learn a thing or two from her.
