Sheraton Rizhao Hotel

Very nice hotel at the waterfront. Rooms are also great but I relived one start due to absence of the nightstand light - the reading light they have is a bulb in the ceiling which lights right into your head, extremely unpleasant. Otherwise the hotel is excellent. You may also walk across the bridge to the nearby beach island with various amusements

It is a great hotel to stay. Excellent location with a wonderful view on the marina. The service is impeccable. The breakfast has a wild choice of goods.. a must stay when you are in Rizhao

Although room was spacious and comfy - couple of things were unsatisfactory to say,the least. For example lack of proper room cleaning. During my lenghty stay it seemed as if it was never properly vacuumed and carpet around the bed stinks. Needs a deep clean! Next, the loud music over barbecue was too loud, which made staying in a sea view room even worse. I also hated how misused and all the time understocked VIP lounge / 12th floor club was. It is normally a place of relax at Sheraton hotels, but this one is simply a joke. When service begins it turns into jungle, and it gets overcrowded as staff doesn't check if guests do actually have right to access. So everybody and anyone comes in, 'vacuuming' the food like if they never saw a piece of bite before. Frequently missing simple soft drinks as basic as cola and stocking with cheapest wine is just pathetic. Barely any western food. Staff of a western chain barely speaks any english, but if you manage to communicate (ie. with a translating app) they try to help
