Sheraton Rome Parco de Medici

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, the service was exceptional, and the grounds were picturesque. The most memorable part of our stay was the helpful and professional service provided to us by Lorena. She was warm and welcoming. We arrived early due to our flight time... which is always a concern for me when traveling so far. Lorena helped us by securing our luggage (the person responsible for this task was on a break). She then invited us to relax in the lounge, offered refreshments, and went to work on ensuring that our room was soon ready. She checked on us and updated us periodically. Before we knew it, the room was ready. She also helped us with navigating places to visit in Rome and directed us to the "Village," a nearby recreational complex. It was a truly wonderful experience.

My flight was delayed, and I stayed at the Sheraton. Had an amazing time at the bar – Claudia and Alan were fantastic. They served me a delicious pizza and paired it with great wine. Their service was warm and made my night so much better. Highly recommend!

The hotel offers many outdoor areas with well-maintained green spaces. The staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is truly outstanding, not only for the variety and quality of the food but especially for the kindness and professionalism of the dining room staff. The same goes for dinner at the restaurant—delicious food and impeccable service. Excellent room cleanliness. We will definitely come back.
